Request the first page

Set BELIEFSTATE_TICKER to the requested symbol from released coverage. Set a bounded limit and omit cursor on the first request. Set BELIEFSTATE_REQUEST_ID to a new UUID for each page; reuse it only when retrying the exact same request.
Store the response as_of, pagination.next_cursor, and pagination.next_page_url.

Continue

When pagination.next_page_url is present, request that exact URL with a new request ID. Stop when it is null. Keep the ID unchanged only when retrying the same page.
The URL carries the cursor and original filters. Do not decode or edit it.

Keep time stable

Reuse the response as_of value on every later page so newly observed evidence cannot enter the middle of the result set.
A page cursor controls position. The as_of cutoff controls which evidence is eligible. Preserve both. Restart from the first page when the logical query changes.
